Cipia and Morrells are teaming up to give Oxfordshire and surrounding disrict a better choice in coatings.ISF launch their new water based exterior primer/topcoat with great success.
Simply called 12060 for the moment its formulation gives it a very high build primer and top coat in one.
Change the way you use water based coatings without changing your equipment, 12060 allows to do achieve in 2 coats what you would normally achieve in 4.
